  • We are unable to make changes to orders once submitted

  • Due to recent events we have experienced with shipping carriers delays and unable to guarantee overnight shipping

  • We do not ship on Saturday and Sundays

  • Ground shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process

  • Ground shipping is delivered by USPS, and 3rd Business Day, 2nd Business Day and Overnight is delivered by FedEx

  • FedEx delivers shipments Monday-Friday (for 3rd Business, 2nd Business and Overnight orders)

  • For 3rd Business, 2nd Business and Overnight orders, orders must be placed by 10AM PST to be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day.
