Return Policy


 While we hope that you love your order - if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale items and items purchased using a discount code (15% or higher in value) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Maintaining health and hygiene is important - therefore eligible items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, not washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to a flat return label fee of $9.00, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, or if you have purchased the wrong size (and can return said item in original form). If you need to exchange aanything, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be awarded to you.

International Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Holiday Return Policy:

All purchases made in the month of December will have an extended return/exchange policy of 45 days from delivery rather than 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

While we want to have all of our process smooth and quick, we must acknowledge that GÉVÉ SWIM is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather, or shipping company delays. GÉVÉ SWIM  also does not assume responsibility for reimbursement/compensation in the event that a package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at a shipping facility. We reserve the right to refuse any return request that doesn’t meet the above requirements.


Covid-19 Update:

Due to safety and cleaning procedures, we may experience delays in processing returns. Once received, processing time for credits on returns may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed.
